This day has been rough!!! I typically walk 4-6 miles a day 4-5 days a week. For some reason every Monday is like starting over. I’ve been having terrible leg cramps while walk on Monday. Tuesday-Friday is fine with little to no pain but Monday’s hurt!!!! I’m taking magnesium and potassium but it just doesn’t seem to help much. Ugh anyone want some legs that apparently don’t want to work on Mondays? Lol

Maybe a more casual warm-up mile? Excellent dedication!

That’s not a bad idea I typically walk my 1st mile in 21 min and each mile after that between 17-19 minutes depending on how hot it is and how dedicated I’m feeling that day.... maybe I can slow it down a bit more on my first mile and see if that helps.
