Haven't got a grip yet on the gain. I've still got hormonal disturbance from the concussion. Clawing my way out of that setback. I'm increasingly able to exercise and that's helping. The headaches are more manageable and the dizziness is also mostly gone now. Wow, six months of time out of life! gaining weight on the couch- ouch!
233.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
