I'm amazed. after 10 days away and a big mothers day meal at CPK I'm same weight as before. feels good to have maintained. good motivation to keep trying.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
