Sherota's Journal, 14 May 2018

This week was a challenge not due to the KETO Challenge but due to the fact that I was at an outing and really gave in. My plan was to stick to KETO foods but did not do that. No guilt but it did reflect on the scale this week along with skipping 3 workouts. Restarted KETO yesterday so this week I grade myself as following the diet reasonably well.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Back on track, Sherota! I had a couple of "wild" days myself last week. I'm only in my second week of keto eating and will have to learn ways to cope with celebrations. It's one thing to celebrate for a day, quite another to let it go on like I did for another. Clearly, for me, back-to-back "special" occasions are danger zones. I am enjoying the taste of butter so much that it encourages me to get back in the saddle!
