not really sure how accurate this will be. high stress and not eating is the cause of this weight loss right now.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Very true. I'm holding at that weight today also. Clothes feel different.
