Nurse called today... she wants me to quit smoking so I am recording my cig. intake I need to cut back 1/4 of a pack each month. My issue with that is obisity and smoking both can kill you.. Well quiting make me go back to the old eating habbit? What do I work on first? I have lost 56 lbs and sure don't want to gain it back. I want to be healthy for my grandbaby and for me.
