This is my forth day of sticking to my points. I feel better about myself. I feel healthier and my overall down feeling of depression are a little better. I have been taking it one day at a time and some times just hours at a time and thats why I was not online that much because I am trying to not over think my day and have food as my only focus. Infact I tried to think about everything but food and just keep my day moving. I have also stopped weighing myself every few hours which was like an obssesion. So now I will really try hard to only weight my self once a week on saturday.

Sounds like a good plan. It's hard when we first start to see the scale move, it makes us want to become even more controlling over our weight loss and that always back-fires in the end. I've been taking a mini-break from being so strict this last week, too. I think it all goes back to moderation. Being too strict about what we eat can be just as bad as being too lax! You are doing great!
