Diea's Journal, 12 May 2018

I just entered my food for yesterday and today. I thought I was eating way more than I logged, so I'm pretty surprised! I also saw that I'm eating cake regularly. Oops.

As of Friday afternoon, things settled down considerably at work. Stress levels fell dramatically when our unit went from 2 urgent, meticulous, impossible projects to just 1 crazy project. I'm looking forward to having my first "normal" week at work.

Maybe I'll wake up earlier this week? Maybe I'll log my food more? Maybe I'll drink more water? Maybe I'll even work out daily? As long as I move towards the right direction, I'll feel good.

I know I can do this. I've done it many times. and now I have weekends to recenter myself. :)

Don't let 'Proud Fatty' sabotage your weight loss goal!! PF may not be so proud when all the health issues start clinging to him/her! To me a PF is someone who'se just given up. And in my book, there is no giving up when health is concerned. The consequences are too dire. Your quality of life is at stake.
