Happy Friday..

Heading to NYC to watch a broadway show tomorrow afternoon with the family and we will hotel it that night. I need a break from 65 hr work weeks (commuting 20 hrs S U C K S).

Had an impressive week of steppage (new word) M - Thu avg daily steps was 20,869. Today, my steps are low 7,376 due an excessive meeting schedule but I am OK with it. I probably will end the day with 10 - 12 K steps.

I hit the gym Tues and Thursday early, RISE AND GRIND, 3:25 AM (I must be a vampire) for 1 hr each session and today my legs feel stronger even after stepping up the intensity during yesterday's interval session on the treadmill.

I ate plenty of rouphage this week and almost had an accident when doing a loop around the Boston Commons (I can laugh about it now but trust me, I wasn't laughing yesterday when trying to hold it in before getting back to the office)

I will attempt to eat as clean as possible this weekend because I am fully aware that you can't outrun the fork.
