pam-u-la's Journal, 12 July 2012

Today I'm working on the how to achieve my goals. I had originally thought that losing weight was my orinal priority but it is so much more.
So much thinking that my brain hurts.

Oh well it's a new day. A day to work on things, thoughts and actions. A day to watch what I eat and to see if I can improve how I feel by not filling my face.

Hope for the best, but always be prepared for the worst.
:( :/

Try to keep in mind that it's just one day and you can get through it. If something is tempting you, think...I can live without it for one day. Tell yourself you can have it tomorrow and probably you won't want it then. Take a deep breath. Now do it again. ;-)

The weight loss and-or good health effort parallels so many OTHER efforts in our lives. To me it seems this endeavor is symbolic in so many ways for other "things." You are on the right track. You & I are alike in that we THINK about NOT THINKING. We THINK about the manner in which we OVER THINK things! You think? Smile!

The "so much more" that you mention in your journal is the key element that leads us (you & me) to overeat at times. Let's work together on the "so much more" today. Okay? I write about my own "more" in my journal today. Love ya!
