I'm wondering if I will ever NOT have to worry about what I'm eating???
I envy those people who can eat whatever they want and never think twice about it. I also envy those people who don't live to eat, but eat to live. I'm such an emotional eater. I'm feeling sad and lonely. To me that equals ice cream. But I'm not going to eat it. I'm going to take my dog for a walk and try to think of all the reasons I have to be healthy and happy!

Read the book "Mindless Eating, Why We Eat More Than We Think" by Brian Wansink, Ph.D. His discoveries explain the hidden psychology of eating and why it's not our fault. According to the author, we can lose weight by making small changes that make a lot of sense. Just finished reading it and I'm going to try some of his suggestions.
