Haven’t weighed myself in a little while, but I’ve been sticking to my calorie goals and eating 80/20. This last week I’ve been treating myself to halo top a few more days than I’d like, but I went to a climbing gym twice this week as well as 5 trips to the gym. (My week starts on Saturday’s and ends on Wednesday’s for workouts) has anyone else used a climbing gym for weight loss? I stay 2 hours and it kicks my butt.
