Hello, I have used it in Overnight oatmeal and it actually isn't bad.

Tried it & the chocolate version long ago, It’s just okay... you have to use a lot to really get a decent peanut butter “taste”... due to the fat being diminished. Obviously regular PB is better. There’s also cashew & other nut/non-nut butters/spreads out there. Really comes down to your preferences.

I love it. Regular natural peanut butter has too much fat/too many calories for me at the moment so the low fat powdered pb is a life saver! I use it in protein shakes, or just as a snack.

I put it in my protein shake and it tastes great! I haven't used it by itself or as a spread yet though.

I've used it and you can mix it with just a little bit of water and it has the same consistency of peanut butter it also has a great flavor

Hi— I use a brand called True-Nut. I mix it in with plain yogurt for an extra protein and fiber boost. This brand I have found at Ross’s, Marshals, TJ Max. But now similar products are found mainstream. I like this brand

I use it and LOVE it! I'm a peanut butter fanatic, and find myself over indulging in the regular stuff. The PB 2 is a great way to satisfy that peanut butter craving, without the guilty fat and calories... also comes in a chocolate PB 2!! :)

I use almond butter because we have a severe peanut allergy in the house. It has a stronger taste but less protein. Calorie wise they are comparable, but almond butter has more overall nutrition.

I too also limit myself to a half serving a day and not every day. I think I'm going to give pb2 a try..maybe it will do the trick. I've also had almond butter which is good as well. Once i made my own pecan butter which was really delicious..is quite easy to make any if u have a food processor its just not as cost effective for how many nuts u need and it ends up being more expensive.

Kenna- i will look for true nut as well..I'm always looking to add some much needed fiber to my diet because I'm always falling short on that. Thanks.

Love PB2. Great snack is a banana rolled in a Chocolate PB2 covered wrap.

I like it. It depends on your diet: yes it is lower in calories by cutting out the fat and adding sugar. So if you are on a HFLC diet it's not the best, but if you only care about the calorie count and don't mind a bit of the white stuff and love PB, it's great. Especially added to chocolate protein powders or oatmeal IMO.

OH PS another tip I have is I whisk my peanut butter with a little almond (any milk or even water will do) and cinnamon and it ups the volume for dipping or spreading :) That's my preference over PB2.

It’s good! I take it with me when I backpack and just add water to make a paste I can snack on. Usually I’ll use it in smoothies
