I never weigh myself more than once a week.
But, I weighed today, in addition to my normal Tuesday weigh date.
I am surprised to see I lost another whole pound.😃
158.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
