This is what happens when you are under stress - allowing all bad habits to kick back in. All clothes getting tighter - recognize I needed to take a check on weight - a smack in the face. Knew was up just not 10 pounds up. Ugh. Back to it. 10 pounds in 4 months can take a year to knock back down. Should know better. 🤪
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
