Ok, time to get serious. Fed up of being a fatty.

1870 kcal Fat: 104.56g | Prot: 74.42g | Carb: 168.54g.   Breakfast: oat so simple, Orange Peach Mango 100% Juice Blend, Brown Sugar , Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated) , Syrup, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: jalapeno chillies, cucumber, Mixed Salad Greens, light mayonnaise, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Low Fat Wraps Italian Herb. Dinner: Organic Beef Burger, double cream, Baked Beanz, lemon tarte, cheesecake. Snacks/Other: Tea (Brewed) , 2% Fat Milk, Mini Fruit Slices. more...
