Ok, time to get serious. Fed up of being a fatty.

1870 kcal Fat: 104.56g | Prot: 74.42g | Carb: 168.54g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Syrup, Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated) , Brown Sugar , Orange Peach Mango 100% Juice Blend, oat so simple. Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Low Fat Wraps Italian Herb, light mayonnaise, cucumber, jalapeno chillies, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: double cream, Baked Beanz, Organic Beef Burger, cheesecake, lemon tarte. Snacks/Other: Tea (Brewed) , Mini Fruit Slices, 2% Fat Milk. more...
