I wasn't dieting.

I started Beachbody Insanity program 3 weeks ago. I'm overweight by 5-8kg 11-18 lb. This exercise program is very demanding and some say you burn 700-1000 calories per 1 hour workout.

I was looking for a diet to follow that was easy, not focused on counting calories and something that could detox my body in some way. I found the Paleo Diet trough a friend that does CrossFit.

Its based on what was available as food for people before agriculture and settlement, no grains of any kind are usually permitted and dairy products are not recommended. Also any processed food is not allowed. Everything else; meat, pork, fish, chicken, all vegetables, fruits, nuts and eggs are welcome and encouraged.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
