I haven't been tracking every bite on FatSecret for the last 2 weeks. Instead, I have been tracking only on Weight Watchers. It's hard to keep up with two systems - actually three because I keep a paper journal too to pre-plan. I think it's easier than FS. It always bugged me when I knew how many calories or carbs something had but I couldn't just "quick enter" it, and I like that you can do that on the WW app or website. I do like the weight graph and journal feature of FS. I've been able to save several years of my history without any charge.

One thing that I started doing at the end of January was taking 1000mcg of B-12 in addition to my regular multi-vitamin and vitamin D. It looks like the research on the effect on B-12 on weight loss varies. Does anyone else take B-12 or other supplements, and what is your experience?

Also, now that more people are noticing and are asking me what I'm doing, I've just started saying - eating clean and moving more. Then if they ask a follow-up question I'll go into more detail. I think people ask but then want to argue that what I'm doing won't work for them or is bad. Anyone else experience this?

Great job! You’ve done so well. I haven’t had anyone argue with me yet about my woe but it does feel awkward to me when people ask what I’m doing—I don’t know why?? And I haven’t taken a specific B12...I take a multivitamin that has it in there I believe and a vitamin d. Not sure they help with weight loss but maybe??
