Darn!!! I found some very tasty BBQ pork rinds and just read the label...Guess what I found??? SUGAR...#2 ingredient!!!!!!!! no wonder I gained my pound back!!!!!!! AAcckkk!

GIRRRRRL, I have those in my cupbord right now, I don't eat them often, but if you see how small the serving size is and stick with it, you may be able to handle them...once in a while. I have mine with a serving of cream cheese :) A yummy snack, for that craving of crunch!

I usually just eat them plain! Thanks! I have been trying! I count everything, but obviously need to look at some labels better! You can't take anything for granted!
