And the Troll Scale says... 301... Inching closer to that 300 mark and can see the time ahead being below that. It was over 6 years ago when I crashed though that number on the downward track the first time. I've learned a lot through the ups and especially the downs through that time and feel I'm in a much better place mentally as it relates to my connection with food and in what it takes to fuel the bod better.

Expecting to plateau out for a few days now, especially since today is going to be high on the sodium intake due to the turkey sausage. Expecting for the bod to hold on to water like a sponge for a while until the excess is processed out.

Sending good vibes out to all for a good start to another week. Stay focused on your plans and efforts, keep making the decisions that drive you forward to where you want to be... not only in regards to health in life in general. Don't beat yourself up over minor setbacks or side steps. [bleep] happens. Just make your next decision a better one. Ciao y'all!
301.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Grats, you'll get there. Getting under 300 was a huge deal for me. Everyday I would weight(I'm one of those) with the hopes of being under 300. Eventually got down to 270(finally back there now) before stopping my diet, but I still managed to keep my weight between 280-290. The closer I inched back up to 300 the more motivation I had to get back to my diet. No way in hell was I going to be over 300 again. Now I just need to drop another 70 and make 200 my new 300.

I least I can say I was tossing it around the electronic world back in the day of dial up BBS (before AOL even) when geeks like me lived for the sound of the modem scream :D. @itzclay...
