STELLA NO! crash dieting doesn't work... i'm only losing like a pound a week too but i know that if i do it slowly i'll keep it off longer. think about it, the longer it takes, the more likely your habits will evolve and you'll get used to cutting back. gotta change lifestyle sadly, because damn it FOOD TASTES GOOD. seriously my lil'chocolate pud, do it slowly :) maximum lose like 3-4lb, sustainability is key!
