Out of control...how many times can a person START OVER? No one to blame but myself. Just because food is there doesn't mean you have to eat it. I need to get my head, hand and heart on the same page. Today looks like the day to do that.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1288 kcal Fat: 99.19g | Prot: 74.48g | Carb: 34.75g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Great Value, coffee, splenda, egg, kroger, ham, cumberland. Lunch: radishes, celery, broccoli, raw, cucumbers, with peal, cauliflower, Bacon Pieces, Hormel, tomatoes, Light Creamy Caesar Dressing. Dinner: Mayo, Kroger, provolone cheese, sargento, leafy romaine, Creamy Blue Cheese, Ken's, Quarter Pound Beef Hamburger Patties. Snacks/Other: String Cheese, Kraft, Jenny O Turkey Frank, 100 calorie almonds. more...

I am same. I restarted yesterday. I hope you find the way :) By that I mean, they way to start and stick with it.
