Didn't do horrible today, but didn't do great either with the food. Too much fat today. I might workout twice tomorrow if I can get myself up for the gym before work in the morning and then working with trainer tomorrow night. Wednesday night is the first night of a 6 week weight loss class that I signed up for. Can't wait to see what that is all about. I hope everyone had a wonderful Monday!
