Hope everyone had a great July 4th week/weekend! I can't believe 2 weeks ago I was 200lbs. I was 196 on July 6th and after 3 days of Lobster/Clams/Bacon Burgers and Birthday cakes (I only had 1 tiny piece to be honest)..I still lost a pound! July is always a tough month, I have 4 birthdays in my family!
My 1 regret...SUNBURN!! Ouch!!!
