lots of medical problems past 4 months. I am having difficulty walking due to bad arthritis in my foot. I will probably have surgery before the end of summer. That will mean 6 months in a cast and then a boot. right foot so no driving. my wt loss has stalled but I am not discouraged.

Good attitude. The current adversity will abate. In the mean time keep making good eating decisions and even tweak your plan a bit to break through the stall. Do doubt you can do it even if you are less active than you want to be for a while.
