Hello warriors!🤠 In yesterday’s update I confessed that I ate some extra chips and sausage which I shouldn’t have and I ate beyond my calories... But luckily I was in mood for exercising even though it was 12 a.m. 😑 I also had a gym session for 1 hour and before that I had ran for 15 minutes. After that lil binge I did 45min of cardio too and I felt less guilty. Today at 9 a.m. we went mountain climbing 🧗♀️ with mum and my partner for about a couple hours and 11K STEPS!! I feel much better now and gonna order a pizza soon:))) So I guess that’s called balance..?😁 How are lovelies doin?
