Hey Buddies:

I had to weigh three times for this one! Drinking more water and cycling my carbs and calories seems to be helping this week.

I am dedicated, determined and diligent.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great quote HCB. Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". I spent 5 years not believing that. I've now believe (since 1990) and have lived that Hippocratic life ever since. No going back. No reason to. Enjoy the H2O.

I always love your words of the week... :) I like one similiar: eat to live not live to eat.. kinda the same thing .. 1.2 lbs is a huge victory in my eyes..

@ BuffyBear - looks like about 5 pounds in just under one month...I am not sure why it is moving better now but I will keep doing what I am doing!
