Another small drop today. This is good because the month of May will have some challenges: 7 day business trip, a birthday and a wedding. This does not give me license to eat - but they will be days with out of the ordinary foods.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
