Very embarrassing - sorry to followers - not a good example - mix a trivia night with white castles in front of you , many beers and a couple cookies thrown in , this what you get - I had days with baseball games and trivia nights back to back and that happens rarely for me - it is what it is - had 2 beers today but getting back to normal -I knew consequences and accepted the terms and back in the wagon - stirfrys, soup and plenty of fluids , cucumbers , broccoli , onion , chicken coming up next couple of days, shrimp and I will be right back down - way I lost before - it can come back so quick but know what to do - it's what I've learned - Thanks to all my friends - Lets get her done - keeping it real and honest
198.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 33.6 lb a week

I know exactly how you feel. It comes back so fast and then to try and lose it again is hard. Hang in there. We all can do this!

We all know how it feels .. and we all get back on track.. you taught us to keep going no matter how messed up we get.. so great job getting back on track.. I'm right behind you! :)

Great food choices..l can understand the beer but a box of cookies.hahaha
