I went back and read your intro post and found the perfect recipe for success. You are truly an inspiration. You make it sound so easy. I doubt that. I'm guessing you struggled like everyone else. Can you share a strategy for overcoming cravings, self pity, "just this once" thinking. 🤗🤗
