I am home from my training. A lot of good information. The question on some of it is how to put it into action. I ate a salad everyday for lunch and then enjoyed a nice dinner wherever we ate. i am sure I went over in calories. However each night we went and walked on the beach. The first night it started raining halfway through our walk so we were completely soaked by the time we got back to the car, lol. So we all got our 10,000 plus steps in every day.
