Happy with my 3.2 lb. weight lose this week, not bad considering I still cannot do my aerobics workout due to my knee being sprained.

I'm assuming that you knee got sprained from aerobics -- hope it heals soon. Can you do something else? You might be able to lift weights with your upper body, for example.

I know the feeling, I fell tore my ACL and sprang the other ligaments in my knee along with meniscus and MCL, and anligament in my foot. I had ACL reconstruction surgery and repair to other ligaments and my my foot in cast and footboot my knee in brace no excersizw for me either except physical therapy. 😨

HardDaysKnight, I am doing weights 3 days a week and I have found other ways to exercise until I can do my aerobics again.
