florentine chicken rolls (LCHF)
cross between cordon bleu and chicken Florentine
Ingredients
4 servings arla cream cheese
1 serving kraft natural crumbles feta cheese
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 large egg
5 servings pork rinds
2 cups baby spinach
3 large chicken breast
3 slices, nfs deli sliced ham
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsps basil
3 tsps bacon grease
Directions
crush pork rinds ( about half a bag), flatten chicken, mix cheeses in a bowl. cook bacon grease and chopped spinach in pan to wilt. Put all the chopped green stuff in with the cheese.
place cheese, spinach, pepper, basil mix in a nice layer on the chicken. Roll. cover with a slice of the ham. secure with tooth pic.
egg and heavy cream mix together for egg wash. dip in ham covered chicken then roll in pork rinds
seam side down on greased baking pan bake uncovered @375 for 30-35 min.
