Scale weight 190.6

I wanted to reflect on how my Whole Food, Plant Based diet is going so far, especially on the weekends when it's harder to strict to whole foods, but I can still accomplish the plant based part of this easily.

Friday: I ate a platter filled with nachos and enchiladas (faux cheeses and sauces), sushi (vegetable and fruit) as an appetizer and a piece of green tea cake for dinner (best restaurant cake I ever had!). I shared all of this so it didn't feel like I over ate.

Saturday: I ate out again (faux meat), and finished my entire plate but was absolutely stuffed. I had a beer and most of a hard liquor punch someone made for me.

Sunday: Breakfast I only had a chai tea latte (almond milk) because I wasn't hungry but wanted to read at a coffee shop and for lunch I made and ate an entire pizza (cheeseless, vegetable, very salty crust).

Despite feeling very full and not eating particularly healthy, I didn't have any major spikes in my weight. I also skipped a meal because I wasn't hungry since I had eaten too much the night before. I just wasn't interested.

I'm not sure if the energy balance would translate to stable weight but it looks good compared to the vegetarian diet I had going on before. I really hope it does, since I need a diet that I can do after I lose weight to maintain a healthy body weight. Many people here would agree, I don't want to count calories for the rest of my life. I want to be healthy and eat when I feel like I need to and go out to eat every so often.
