So frustrated that the weight isn't coming off faster, but at least it's a loss.
221.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can’t really Rush fat loss. Rushing, meaning, trying to lose weight super fast, usually meaning extremely low calorie deficits, cause more harm then good. Fat loss is a gradual process, the body can only lose so much body fat per week without sacrificing muscle loss. For you, aiming for 5-2.2lbs lost per week is where you should be 👍🏻 you’re doing fine
