Woke at 216.4, up 1.2 from yesterday. It's Fasting Friday, so I will drink black coffee and water all day. I will eat at noon or later on Saturday. UPDATE: Made it to 6 pm with no hunger, but I am freezing as the internal heater has turned off! Time for a sweatshirt! UPDATE: Ended the day with a two-hour nap as I could not get warm, so I huddled under two blankets and watched YouTube fasting and autophagy videos! Had to keep getting up to urinate, so the water flush worked. Woke up at 10 pm and did my evening weigh in. Got back to 212.0. Will grab some more sleep and break the fast at around noon tomorrow.
