Nothing spectacular.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nope... Eat, poop, eat, poop, exercise to the minimal extent like lots of walking while at work, lifting heavy stuff.. breaking a little sweat... drink lots of water.. and nothing. didn't lose a pound. Go figure. Can't wait for nicer weather and or summer. Maybe better results.
