Today is my birthday. good ole 65. we had Chinese buffet for lunch. I stayed away from the rice, noodles, low mein, and wontons and sugar biscuits (which is my favorite). I had egg foo young no sauce, chicken on a stick, green beans, stuffed mushrooms, and cheesey spinach. came home and had a piece of cheese cake. yes it has sugar but does not have flour, so was not as bad as a frosted 3 layer cake, which is what they had for us birthday people at church this morning.
Tomorrow is our anniversary. 49 years . we are going to golden corral, cause I get to eat for free. (birthday club). They have everything and also have some sugar free deserts, so not hard to be good there. every one have a wonderful day and happy loosing.
