Really enjoyed the show last night with my wife, youngest daughter and her husband, and a couple friends. My food choices were good, I stayed away from the carbs. A couple glasses of wine brought my carb total for the day to 36, higher than I wanted but not bad. I'm still feeling fairly full this morning. I brought an omelet for lunch but may just fast until dinner and save it for tomorrow.

Sorry I hadn't noticed you were back before! It's nice to hear from you, though, and I'm sure you can crack this again. You know what to do, and you know how important it is for your health.
