Began new weight watchers plan and like it.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

A word of advice if I may. Watch the carbs that ww throws at you over twenty grams a day and its hard to lose! Good luck on you journey!

With the new program the eggs and meats (proteins) are 0 points. Thanks for heads up I need all the help I can get. LOL What kind of carbs are you thinking of, I"ll keep this in mind.

Mostly root vegetables (turnip, squarsh,potaoes, ect) bread, pasta,rice. Basically most comfort foods lol. The reason is when you eat the carbs your body has to burn them to get to your stored fat. So if you don't eat them or fewer of them your body goes right to your stored fat to burn for fuel, thus skinnier you!
