I've lost 168 lbs in 11 months. Fat Secret is a big part of that success. Being able to log food is so crucial, imho.

That shows you how strong you REALLY are... most folks don't have that kind of resolve. Keep striving - see you go forward emboldens me. (Thinking I should be done in 11 months myself.)

YES to logging. I try to give myself a break from it, because weighing and entering sucks up so much effort, but so far ...I'm a failure at non-logging. Congrats on your progress!

@SimplyDricka, dittodittoditto what Ches said. Read 187's profile. USE THE TOOLS here. Log everything in some way, whether through the diary or pictures or even just posting transparently what you're eating. Blame is a waste of energy. Just choose the next right action and take that one step.
