Brother, where art thou? Hey, seriously though... that type of change almost screams like you're building muscle. After glancing at your Diet Calendar, I think your Fitbit had a stroke... is it a coincidence that it's throwing out 1953 calories you're burning... for about a dozen of the last several days? Let me know how I can help. Be strong!

Hello Ggreen67, I took a peek at your calorie intake. Perhaps it is the quality of food you are eating not the quantity. Also, exercise plays a large part of the weight loss effort. You need to step up your calorie burning weekly, at least 200 minutes per week, that amounts of an average of 5 times per week exercise. You do not need to work out the whole week, but keep it at 5x. Would be enough. I know from experience, it is hard giving up what we love to eat, and there is no reason to give them up forever, but while you are loosing the weight, bring them down to less of what you use to eat of what has a high content of calories. The long and short of it, is that losing weight requires effort, but health wise you will feel so very good when you see some real changes in your weight. Keep it up! :)

Make sure you are getting enough sleep and drinking enough water. Lack of either always causes a slight weigh gain for me, especially when I am exercising more and eating less. Hang in there!
