Diet is going very well. I had a day off today. Work tommorow and then off for the weekend.
It was a busy day off but a nice one. Got the house work done, chatted with some of my retired neighbors, chilled out with Buddy on the patio.
Some relief from the extreme heat, mid 70's to Mid 80s , it was worse before , when the area was still in mid 90s even at night.

Amanda you have a,great day as well!!! Yes that chef has,done an excellent job, 450 volunteers, NBC nightly news did a story on it. Well organized, he has fed more people there than the American Red Cross. Everyone there gets a delicious hot meal and a couple bottles of water. Also another story they showed was,a couple who bought solar panels 5 years ago, havibgcto use them now, tgey have,electric in their house and feeding electriccto a couple near by buildings and feeding a few family meals nearby as there budget allows it.
