Happy Hump Day FS friends!

I am really trying to get back into logging and journaling regularly, but there is just so much going on right now.

I didn't get to exercise this morning. I get up at 3:30 every morning since Sarge's surgery because there are quite a few extra duties with his care, and most of the time I can squeeze in a short exercise DVD. I'll make sure to get a good hour long workout when I get home.

My WOE is still good, and water has been okay. I got the fall veggie garden planted last Saturday, so can't wait to start harvesting those yummy vegetables! All of them will go great with my Mediterranean cooking.
