Moving house is a stressful job, but moving to another country across Europe is even more stressful. And this is what I have been doing for the last month - packing, sending furniture and other stuff to the UK, going through the bureaucracy of the European Union regarding family pets ( what a nonsense to have the pet's passport legalised according the EU regulations)I have six more days to deal with some other issues and I hope I will survive. Then is the 4 days drive to the UK. I do not have time to think about keto food and I can see the damages.

BTDT! I feel your pain. (Though also I appreciate rabies-free countries' desire to remain so.) You'll get back to keto soon enough, and perhaps along the way you'll happen upon some LC choices that taste good. We're here for you!

The packing may be a good workout but sitting in the car and eating crap for 4 days not so good. Have a safe journey.
