Do you soak the flaxseed first? I'm still stumped on how to do that. Would even want to sprout them, however that goes. Probably an 8-year-old explains it on YouTube. This looks really good!

How thin can it be sliced? I've been making BH open-faced sandwiches on lettuce and endives, since they went off bread; bet they'd love a few on these slipped among the leafy ones.
