Some days you use up your food calories and you aren't hungry and everything is fine. But, today I am at 1497 and my limit is 1500 and I want something. I won't do it but it would be nice to have a snack.
I don't feel like I'm punishing myself - I just want to keep on losing.
I had some people at work stop me and say - you look different. Did you lose wight?? well, 40 lbs makes a difference even in your face. As soon as I got a haircut people were commenting on how I have a different look. I can't imagine what happens with the next 40 pounds.
