This is what I had for dinner; the aroma of sauteed onions, orange bell pepper, baby spinach, and portabella mushrooms was intoxicating ( with sargento reduced fat Pepper Jack with Jalapeno & Habanero peppers):D

Thanks @wholefoodnut, presentation is everything. Food needs to be appetizing - mouthwatering for me to what to eat it. How else could I convey the nutritional goodness (and sometime not so nutritional)I consume daily? Good luck in your journey. 🍄🌶🌰🥕🍒is🗝

Is that a flour tortilla in the picture? Are there low-carb versions of tortillas and burritos? Regarding the cheese, does anyone know of palatable alternatives to full-fat cheeses, dairy or non-dairy? I'm unfamiliar with the options and would appreciate the help on this!

Miraculum if you are looking for a dairy substitute, I make a creamy "cheese" with raw cashews. You need a high powered blender and have to soak the cashews but that it is pretty easy. Just google cashew cream cheese and you should get a few options.

There are low carb 5 carbs I think in with the tortillas. I find them in lots of stores. BJ's to Wlamrts grocery store. They are out their!

I love these - I use Trader Joe Low carb Tortillas (4 net). Best when you grill the tortilla or put over open flame for a few seconds

That looks Yummy! I crave spicy food when so I do the same but with chicken, peppers, onions, cheese and lots of hot sauce! Really simple and quick to make!

I was just thinking I can't have those tortillas when you said low carb. I have sworn off bread but could do 4 net carb tortilla. We have a Trader Joe's. Thank you for the idea.

Try eating jicama tortillas. They are just a slice of pliable jicama. I think they are only. 11 calories each and they taste different, but delicious.
