Amazed to have lost considering how far I strayed from low calorie foods. Just seemed to lose the want to do this? Last week I was so determined, so angry about my body and this week it all evaporated into indifference. I don't understand! But maybe next week the motivation will return!
139.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
