Sleeping time, but I feel hungry... having a snack is not a hood idea, so will have couple of glasses of water instead.. Tip for everyone: don't open this app before bedtime.. all those photos of food.. you know what I mean 😭😭😭😭

Try some green tea, it balances out blood sugar levels and it is only 0-2 calories a cup, it also triggers feelings of relaxation, so it really curves cravings, even if you are hungry, it helps your brain ignore it.

I wouldn't be able to go to sleep after a couple glasses of water! I'd maybe have a cracker, just one in order to have something in an empty stomach or a small cup of hot tea.

Bluecoaster lol 😂 I didn't drink the whole 1,5 l bottle, you know... tonight following the advice of my followers, I took a cup of tea to my room in case I will need its help to fool my stomach

Yes- Regarding tea- I discovered the herbal organic "Numi chai rooibos" (Whole Foods, World Market). Its very exotic tasting and had ingredients that, quite coincidentally are conducive to fat loss. Anyway- I have prepared it both hot and iced with a bit of stevia and a splash of macadamia nut milk (no carbs). I think its amazing and I can even have it during my fasting periods. Perhaps this info is helpful to you as well. 😊

Here's a snack for everyone in the evening that only requires 120 calories if you're counting calories or no problem if you're low carb keto. 1 ounce Cabot lite sharp cheddar grated, and 6 tbsps. of egg whites for a cheese omelette. Satisfies your hunger. 1 oz. cheese 8g protein, 4.5g fat, <1carb.,70 calories. Egg whites 6 tbsp. 0g fat, 1g carbs, 10g protein, 50 calories. Enjoy.
